Synopsis:
In August 2023 the students of S.A. Solovyov’s class visited the Solovetsky Islands. During this trip an idea to make a stage production ap peared. The show is based on the rem iniscences of the artists, writers, actors, musicians who served a term there at various times, as well as on the inter views of the visitors and dwellers of the islands. All the materials are publicly available.

Production by the 4th year students of the Acting department (class of Evgeny Pisarev) based on the play by A. Arbuzov “My Poor Marat”. The destinies of the young people Marat, Lika and Leonidik are linked by virtue of a chance encounter in the besieged Leningrad. What followed was 17 years of life. Meetings and partings. Search for one’s own identity and overcoming fears. Grudges and forgiveness. The path to real Friendship and Love. A joint project of the Pushkin Theatre and the Moscow Art Theatre Studio School.
